We define our quality standards simple and understandable and ensure their full adoption by all our employees and other stakeholders. As management, we are primarily responsible for the implementation and development of all quality processes and for complying with the legal requirements.
ISO 22000; Food Safety System
We offer the best quality and freshest food products to our guests. We manage our food production, presentation and hygiene processes with precision and professionalism. We work 100% in compliance with the laws and food safety regulations of the Republic of Turkey. We carry out our works with great attention and continuity on food safety.
ISO 18001; Occupational Health and Safety System
Occupational health and safety is always the first priority in our hotels. We work 100% in compliance with the laws and occupational health and safety regulations of the Republic of Turkey. With our competent staff, we ensure that all activities required by the occupational health and safety system are fulfilled and improved in our hotels.
ISO 14001; Environmental Safety System
We protect our environment with high precision. We carefully carry out the existing standards and the laws and related regulations of the Republic of Turkey in our hotels. We completely carry out all the environmental audit, control and management activities within the Environmental Management System with the principle of sustainability and we continuously improve ourselves to prevent environmental pollution.
ISO 10002; Complaint Management System
We approach all complaints of our guests or employees with great care. We do not cover up the complaints. On the contrary, we openly share and evaluate them within the principles of transparency and honesty. We make great efforts to find solutions. We develop permanent solutions to avoid repetition of the problem and we work 100% in compliance with the laws and related regulations of the Republic of Turkey. We make maximum use of technological opportunities for the management and administration of all 10002 processes. We integrate the complaint management data with our management execution activities, and in this way we aim to continuously achieve the best as a team.

As Kilit Group, we contribute to the restructuring of the Antalyaspor basketball team and to train young athletes.
Within Kilit Group, we are working on our in-the-near-future tourism faculty project with enthusiasm and meticulousness. Our greatest desire is to contribute to the tourism employment potential and the national economy by developing our young people in need in this regard.

Within the framework of the tourism sector, the environmental management philosophy of Amara World Hotels is comprised of minimising the effects of our activities on the environment by complying with all of the environmental and administrative regulations both within and outside of the facility, to prevent air water and noise pollution and the negative effects of these on human health through the correct use of resources and the best possible separation of waste, to ensure that the permanence of health, the environment and natural life are maintained through the training we provide our staff, and to leave a cleaner environment for the future generations.
